Will European success come with Arsene Wenger?

@Coulingknows 24/03/2015

I found myself listening to TalkSport drive time yesterday. This is something i dont tend to do as i find Adrian Durham a very frustrating character to listen to. The dross he comes out with is like a pantomime bad guy. I think the guy loves to be hated, either that or he is an actual bellend. I will let you decide that for yourselves.

They did come up with the normal Arsenal based dig, with Real Madrid losing to Barcelona in the El'Classico on Sunday they spoke about the possibility of Ancelotti coming available. He has proven success is Europe where as Wenger hasn't. So fair point to Mr Durham, finally raised a sensible debate. Round of applause for Talk Sport.

In my opinion i don't think Ancelotti would guarantee European success. It would have me raising "the peoples eyebrow" every time i see him do a press conference. I think his left eyebrow has a constant fight with gravity and thinks "i aint having that, lets try and reach the fuckers hair line".

With the squad finally getting stronger and players making more of an impact i think Wenger is the man to mould his team and with a few additions, this squad can beat anyone. We do deserve better success in europe and this year (like all others) i thought we would have a good chance, even a great chance with the current form. I believe managers can only work with what they have when they first join big clubs.

Van Gaal being an exception of course with the amount of millions spent by Manchester united this season, i reckon if Moyes was given time and that kitty they would be in a much better position. It would be a miracle if they don't grab a champions league spot and keep hold of Di'maria, Van persie and even Mata. Players of that caliber deserve to be in top competitions. Look at Danny Welbeck hahahaha... but in all honesty he will come good for Arsenal.

So who do you think should succeed Arsene Wenger and should he given more time to time and grab that Champions league trophy? We would all love the fairy tale of Henry becoming manager after Wenger but we all know that is years away with his coaching badges. If Wenger leaves i think Arsenal should break their backs trying to bring in Guardiola.

Let me know what you think.
