Well now i have managed to stop my arsehole blowing kisses i thought i best share a few thoughts on tonights contest.
First half was poor, the line up had me quaking from the start. Last season Callum Chambers looked like he was going to be the nuts and started off very well. Even got a England call up! Tonight he was dreadful. Mistake after mistake. Lets hope its only a blip for the young englishman.
Now i always have one eye on Twitter during games and everyone was slating Giroud, well once he started to get some service from midfield. He started to come good and was subbed as Arsenal needed a change and rightly so. Problem is you could see straight away after conceding a corner we looked lost without his presence. Big problems for Arsenal.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has to start every single game in my opinion. Fantastic player but not used anywhere near enough. Cech also had a cracking match.
Liverpool fans should also be worried. How could they not take the lead against a team playing that badly? Brendan Rodgers probably thinks another 50M and the problem will disappear. I dont think it will. Their left back Gomez however looks excellent. Firmino on the other hand......... not a 30M plus player.
Lets hope for better showing at Newcastle and some action in the transfer window.
